Low Pressure Foam Machine for sealing gasket is mainly used for enclosure, lighting and other sealing industries. The high speed and stable AC servo system, gear rack and ball-screw driving system make the transmission more accurate. The high pressure jet water rubber coating top (patented product) controls its three axis linkage (X, Y, Z) through industrial computer to mix the two-component PU resinous uniformly according a certain proportion and ration, coat on the workpiece along specified track to shape up by foaming and form the adhesive tape with smooth and beautiful surface, good rebound resilience, dustproof and waterproofness, and high degree of sealing protection. This technology replaces traditional method of sticking adhesive strip. The effective operating stroke can be set as needed, the operating stroke 0-190 mm of Z axle is adjustable arbitrarily, and can be coated as point, line, circle, arc and other figures. The gluing process can automatically conduct by inputting the figure needed and setting the technological parameters in processing; the system running stably with good repeatability.
